Pulled Pork

Slow-smoked, flavor injected, dry-rubbed, and cooked to perfection. Served on a roll with your choice of sauce.

Pork Spare Ribs

Rubbed with our secret competition-grade rub and cooked just as we do at competitions. Finished off with a gentle glaze before going back on a grill.  

Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Chicken quarters we coat in rub and then smoke till they fall off the bone. We then serve it on a fresh baked brioche bun topped with BBQ Sauce.  

Baked Beans

We take your average beans to another level by adding onions, bacon, and jalapenos and then seasoned with some of our favorite seasonings

 

Beef Brisket

We treat our brisket just as if we were turning it into a panel of judges. We trim your brisket down, then inject and coat with our rubs, and finally smoke them for 10+ hours.

Smoke Fried Wings

Wings are smoked over cherry wood them we take them and flash fry them and coat them in our sriracha mudd or carolina apple dry rub and served with a side of bbq sauce.

Mac-n-Cheese

This is not your out-of-the-box Mac-n-cheese. Consisting of 3 cheeses melted down into our own special recipe. If you're also craving some brisket or pork, we'll top it off with a heaping of either.

Stuffed Grilled Cheese

This is one of our fan favorites.  We start with two slices of Texas Toast that are covered in butter then put a heaping amount of 2 different types of cheese.  Then it gets a nice coating of our special BBQ sauce and rub then we finally cover with your choice of meat Brisket, Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken.
